The news is that Flamini is as good as gone. The same old shite is that he reaally wants to stay, but the most we can offer is £50,000, and Juve's prepared to up it to £60,000. Wow. So the geezer's prepared to leave for an extra £10,000? Hmmmm.....
Peter Hill-Wood's got it right:
It would have been great to keep him. But we will survive, and the Boss will just have to make another good signing. What's made this slightly more interesting is that news that Pool and Chelski are falling over themselves for Bentley. Fools. He's valued at £15 million, and Chelski would be willing to pay him £60,000 a week. Seems like Abramo-bloody-bitch is willing to pay more per week for Bentley than we are for the Flamster. It's the fuckers like him who raise the bars of salaries to outright unrealistic levels. If he's willing to pay that much for a dude to sit on the bench, then so be it. But I suspect these things work on the minds of players all round the EPL. (And especially with their fucking agents)."You just don't know nowadays. You think players have a pretty good
life, but, somehow, someone persuades them the grass might be greener
somewhere else. So I don't know the answer, all I know is we think we have
pushed the boat out."
Que sera sera. Let's focus on the last three games. No Hleb and no Flamini. Which is good anyway, since they must already be mentally gone.

I dunno but it seems like PHW's comments are to pressure Flamini to make a decision quickly. I still think he'll stay. He's gotta think if Juve play Arsenal, who'll win?
